finally, picked up my PDis. I waited about 15mins and was asked only one question, "are you married to an Italian"? strange thing to ask but I am assuming it was because he was interested....lol. The PDis has an expiry date in September which gives me time to renew if need be and also came came with a protective card holder.

Congrats! I am also eagerly waiting my national id and health insurance card. luckily this is a smaller country so it should be here quite soon.

in my case I went to the Toronto italy twice to pick up my work visa and they were closed and i know they seem a bit suspcious at work. I gave in my letter of leave and i will be in Ital in just 3 weeks, I was ableto schedule at least 8 interviews so hopefully one of these jobs will come through
I will have to get a PSD when i land but my visa is good for 6 months will it take that long, i havea freind in Milan who is cop and hopefully he can speed up the process for me

Natasha it was nice that you were able to get a work visa. how did manage that? or is the working holiday is HOOOTTTTTTT so be prepared for the heat during these months.
