I don't know, I just read this morning that some places in New York are giving 8 year olds a discount on bikini waxes - apparently by doing bikini waxes when they're still little they won't have as much need for them later?!
Let kids be kids. Heaven knows they grow up too fast anyway.
And for that matter, I think string bikinis should be banned everywhere, no matter the age of the wearer.
How funny! They start young here with the beach fashion...I am much older then that baby and still I do not wear a skimpy botton like that on the beach!
